Berglund Center is committed to the health and safety of our guests. We are working with the City of Roanoke to monitor the development of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are tracking updates from our local and state health agencies, and industry professionals. Additionally, we are actively working with promoters and clients to reschedule as many events as possible. To ensure the safest environment possible, our staff is proactively cleaning all common areas and we are making every effort to disinfect throughout our facilities, particularly in high traffic areas.
At this time, events are rescheduling, canceling, or happening as planned on a case by case basis. If a promoter or client decides to cancel or postpone events, we will communicate those changes to our customers via direct e-mail, our website, and social media. Updates will be posted as soon as possible. If an event is canceled, refunds will be offered at the point-of-purchase.
We value our customers and appreciate your patience while we work through the challenges of providing great entertainment and sports to citizens and visitors in a healthy and safe environment. “As this summer’s tour of 27 towns and cities across the US drew near, we’ve been increasingly excited to hit the road again. So it’s deeply disappointing for both of us to have to call it off and reschedule (and reschedule we WILL)! As we all now realize, COVID-19 is a serious, real and present danger. Moreover, our public health is all of our responsibility. So let us listen to and follow the directions of our public healthcare people and support their efforts in this unprecedented time of global pandemic. Love those around you and, above all, stay safe and healthy.” James Taylor and Jackson Browne
